For optimal results, remove beef from container and allow to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Place beef on a wire rack over a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8-12 minutes; also place container with vegetables on a sheet tray in oven. Remove steak from oven, place on plate, and cover with foil to allow to rest. While steak is resting continue to warm vegetable medley, if needed.
