Flavorful sirloin steak is topped with a lightly sweet red wine fig and shallot jus. Served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and tender green beans.

For optimal results, remove beef from container and allow to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Place beef on a wire rack over a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8-12 minutes. Heat mashed potatoes and green beans alongside in container. Remove steak, mashed potatoes and green beans from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest. Top steak with included fig sauce. Please note- Steak has been cooked to rare to allow you to reheat at home. Consuming raw or undercooked meat increases your risk of food born illnesses.
Alternatively- to heat all together, allow container to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Remove sauce cup from edge of container leaving rest of film intact and place container in pre-heated 350-degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove film and add sauce over steak for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
