Peel back film and remove sauce cup and tuna. Leave tuna at room temperature for 10-20 minutes. Place our oven safe container on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10-12 minutes, adding tuna for the last 3-5 minutes depending on how you like your tuna. Chef recommends rare.
